Account setup / verification policies
Sac Host has zero tolerance regarding fraud. If an attempt to fraudulently create a hosting account is discovered we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. We have software set up to detect such behavior.Most accounts, however, are usually setup within 5-15 minutes, unless their is a reason to suspect fraud. If further verification is necessary, it may take up to 24 hours for your site to become active.
Content
Sac Host is a personal and business provider of web hosting space. Warez, nullified scripts, hacking scripts, pornography, proxy scripts, spamming scripts, etc. are not allowed to be hosted on our servers. If these restrictions are ignored, we may, at our discretion, remove such material with no warning. At no time shall Sac Host's servers and/or network be used for unlawful purposes.
Spam policy
Spam is a serious offense with serious repercussions. Sac Host has zero tolerance for spamming. If we discover our servers being used for spamming we will suspend your account pending investigation. We must protect our servers from being listed in the various spam lists. Termination may be necessary based on the details of the offence.
Payment
Sac Host has a variety of payment options available. Credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. New accounts will have the current month prorated so that the normal payment date is the 1st of the following month. Invoices are sent approximately 15 days prior to the first of the month, and payment is due on the first of the month. Not receiving an invoice does not exclude it from being paid.
Delinquent accounts will be suspended after 60 days non-payment, with service to be reinstated after payment in full is received. Delinquent accounts' settings and data will be permanently deleted from the server(s) after 90 days non-payment.
All charges will be considered valid unless otherwise disputed in writing within 10 days from invoice submittal. After this time, SacHost / InfoServe Media, LLC will consider your bill to be correct. If the account becomes delinquent, and it becomes necessary to forward this account to an attorney or collection agency for collection, the Customer agrees to pay any reasonable attorney or collection agency fees, plus all other reasonable costs for collection, including court costs.
Backups.
Backups are made nightly and weekly and rotated monthly.
Upgrades/ Downgrades.
Upgrades and downgrades may be done from your billing control panel or by emailing support. Billing is prorated daily, the increase or decrease will be applied to your account in this manner.
Refunds and Cancellations.
A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered to all new accounts. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel within 30 days of signup and we will refund you 100% of your sign up fees. This refund policy does NOT pertain to Domain Names as they are non-refundable. All fees are non-refundable after 30 days.
Refunds are paid by company check or credit card refund and are processed within 2-4 weeks from the date of cancellation. Checks will be mailed to the address listed in the bill center.
Excess Usage Policy.
Sometimes sites become extremely busy very quickly. If an account exceeds it's bandwidth limitation the extra usage will be bill at:
$1.00 per 1 GB of extra transfer per month
Extra Hosting Space is billed at:
$5.00 per 100 MB of extra space per month
Legal Policies.
Sac Host does not accept any responsibility for any damage you or your sites/business may suffer due to unintended service interruptions or breakdowns. We do reserve the right to terminate any account which is found to be used for illegal and/or unlawful activities; classification of which is at the sole discretion of the Sac Host company. We reserve the right to refuse service, refunds and explanations to anyone based on these grounds. Normally Sac Host protects the privacy and information of our clients but we do reserve right to disclose any information to law enforcement agencies without prior notice or confirmation.
We reserve the right to change our TOS, services, plans and prices at any time.
